For a gathering like yours they would gladly partake in meat dishes. See being a flexitarian means you eat a "mostly" vegetarian diet but allow for those special "meat moments" in your life. I am a flexitarian and think you should check out The Flexitarian Diet by Dawn Jackson Blatner, RD. Or check out her website http://www.dawnjacksonblatner.com where you can download some recipes for free and try them out. I highly recommend the book though.
