use all but the last square of toilet paper, go into the closet and get a new role out, unwrap the new roll, and leave the new roll on top of the toilet instead of replacing it on the dispenser?

I Need A New Job
Is it passive-aggressive or just assholian to ...
use all but the last square of toilet paper, go into the closet and get a new role out, unwrap the new roll, and leave the new roll on top of the toilet instead of replacing it on the dispenser?
